Readers looking for someone to carry out the work are best served by the ordinary channels. Verify licensing and insurance directly with the issuing body, get at least three written quotes, and ask each firm for recent local work you can look at.

Published guidance is reviewed and amended over time. Accuracy is the only thing a reference site has to offer, and a page out of date on a code requirement is worse than no page at all.
